The staff are what make this property exceptional!
There were a couple of issues with our booking on arrival, so the first night we had to stay in a different room. The next day we spoke to Georgia (manager) and she was brilliant! She listened to our concerns and addressed each one. She then went above and beyond, to make the rest of our stay memorable. We were upgraded to the junior suite with swim up, which was incredible! We also had a couples massage, which is would definitely recommend!
On my husband's birthday (reason for the trip) we were surprised by the wonderful maitre d' David with a cake and champagne by the beach!
Katerina on reception also helped us with late checkout on our departure day so we could really make the most of our time there!
