This is nice hotel that has a nice full breakfast on the rooftop and a nice gym. It is a little distance from the old town area and waterfront area.

Beautiful place! Staff was very friendly! Rooms were cleaned everyday, and at night house keeping would come in and see if you needed more waters or towels. Only reason why I didn’t give it 5 stars was because breakfast was the same thing everyday, I stayed there for 11 nights, and after a few days ...

I stayed here for a week and I would rate it as the worst resort I have ever stayed in. Beach was bad , ocean too rough, and only one beach bar for entire beach and it was bad service.

We had the most amazing stay from start to finish. We got there after midnight due to flight times, but were offered a guide to get us there or clear directions with a code for a key box. The old town is a compact collection of vibrant, colourful narrow streets and alleys with a charming, small harbour and ancient fortification. There's a great range of shops and restaurants and many interesting places to visit around Rethymno.
We have been to Rethymnon many times, we love all the little backstreets, the range of tavernas and the friendliness of the people.
Rethymno is a beautiful historic town surrounded by nice beaches and with a beautiful mountainous back drop. A great base for a holiday in Crete, with plenty of affordable places to eat and drink. Nearby city of Hania well worth a visit too.
