"Fantastic service from start to finish! Beautiful view and beach. Incredible staff made this stay a wonderful experience. I would recommend better railings on stairs - some of the stairs don’t have any railings and the main stairs just have a glass wall railing. Those with mobility issues may struggle. "

"This was by far the most unique, amazing hotel we stayed at on the island of Crete. Upon arrival we were given fresh-squeezed lemonade made from their own lemon trees. The staff was so friendly! The building is over 500 years old, and nothing like I've ever seen before. The suite we got was huge, (living room, full kitchen, dining room, and bathroom downstairs and 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs). We booked a junior suite which was meant to come with a sofa with pillows as depicted in the photos but instead it came with a sofa bed that was as hard as a rock. There was no desk and the bed was lumpy and caved in the middle but fortunately they changed it for us.
