"We stayed at the Syntopia Hotel for our summer holiday. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, they put in extra effort to get to know you and ensure you are having a lovely holiday. A few days into our holiday, they were automatically bringing our favourite drinks to our table at meal times which was very lovely! The food had such a good variety with a different focus every other night. We particularly enjoyed the Asian night. We would recommend staying at the Syntopia to everyone!"

"Der Zugang zur Unterkunft ist sehr sehr schlecht, man sollte hier dazu schreiben, dass nur Menschen, die wirklich sehr gut zu Fuß sind dort unterkommen können, denn es ist tatsächlich ein sehr steiler, steiniger Aufgang. Tanya war vor Ort für uns zuständig und jederzeit sehr gut zu erreichen. Leider ist die Möglichkeit am Pool sehr begrenzt und man kann es nicht wirklich genießen bei der Sauberkeit, naja, da bin ich vielleicht ein wenig empfindlich es war oberflächlich sauber nur man durfte halt...

"BEAUTIFUL MAINTAINED GROUNDS. FRIENDLY HELPFUL STAFF. WE HAD A PARTIAL SEA VIEW BUNGALOW - THE VIEW WAS GOOD & BUNGALOWS ARE LOCATED IN A QUITE PART OF THE RESORT. LOVED OUR BALCONY ( RM 30). MAIN CRITICISM OF THE ROOM IS THE OVER BATH SHOWER. WHOEVER PLANNED PUTTING THE TAPS IN THE CENTRE OF THE BATH AS WELL AS THE WIRE RACK & SOAP DISPENSERS HAS NEVER TRIED TO STAND TAKING A SHOWER IN THE BATH WHILST FIGHTING THE PLASTIC SHOWER SHEET - IT IS DANGEROUS . I CANNOT IMAGINE HOW HEAVIER / LARGER PEOPLE MANAGE IT!!. RECEPTION - VERY RESPONSIVE TO ANY REQUESTS IE COFFEE NOT TOPPED UP WAS QUICKLY RESOLVED. RESORT AMENITIES: POOLS BEAUTIFUL & WELL MAINTAINED. AQUA PARK GOOD FUN. BARS/RESTAURANTS: MAIN BUFFET BREAKFAST - EXCELLENT FOOD CHOICES BUT VERY BUSY. BEACH BAR - LOVELY DRINKS BUT UNDER STAFFED SO SERVICE CAN BE VERY VERY SLOW!!! SERVICE AT MAIN BAR POOR WHEN ON LOWER LEVEL. FAILED TO BE SERVED OUR DRINKS ON 3 OCCASIONS WHEN ORDERED DOWNSTAIRS. RESORT IS VERY CHILD FRIENDLY. WOULD I GO BACK - PERSONALLY THINK THE AI PACKAGE IS OVERPRICED AND THE ROOMS ARE NOT REALLY 5*. IN SPITE OF THIS WE REALLY ENJOYED OUR STAY"

"Amazing service, clean delightful little Boutique hotel. Breakfast was simple but delicious and plenty of choice - the eating area was amazing. Partially alfresco, chilled and bright. Room was fantastic and as an avid gym go-er, it was great to have decent weights and kit selection on site. Plenty to do a morning workout session in which is exactly what I wanted for my mini break. I travelled solo and I felt really looked after and comfortable. Buses into Reythmo old town easy to get and frequent making it accessible without any hassle."

"Wow, wow wow... We booked Uzenie wondering if the rave reviews were too good to be true. There are not. The hotel is exceptional - we have stayed in many places all over the world and Uzenie is genuinely the best. What makes it so fantastic are the amazing staff - their attitude and attention to detail was exemplary. They really go out of their way to be helpful - a few examples: my husband had some important work calls but the rooms are not set up with desks but one of the managers gave up their office so he could work there, we moved rooms as we decided to upgrade to a pool suite - they remembered that we wanted extra pillows and they arrived without us asking for them. They checked every night that we were happy with the fish at the buffet dinner (also amazing) and prepared something separately if we asked for it. Breakfasts also excellent - good coffee, amazing fresh fruit and pretty much anything you could want. Everyone who works there seems to really care about the well being of the guests and invested in ensuring you have a good time. The rooms are immaculate - comfortable beds, we loved having our own pool. Main pool area and beach are also lovely with plenty of the best sun loungers I have ever experienced. I also made use of the spa and had a massage and facial - highly recommended. If you are looking for rest and relaxation in a beautiful environment with amazing staff - look no further. And don't miss the sunsets on the beach every night is different!"

Есть вопросы по питанию - оно почти не меняется за все время пребывания, ну и нам достался старый номер, требовавший ремонта в том, что не работало - поломки устранили, но не сразу. Из плюсов: есть собственный пляж с бесплатными лежаками"
