"We had the loveliest stay at Alpenglow Aerie! We were two families with 5 children staying over the Thanksgiving holiday. The house is beautifully decorated and has the most spectacular views of the mountains and lake. It was the perfect place to unwind after a hike or bike ride. "The pictures are much different and led me to have higher expectations upon arrival. “Was the staff helpful?” there was no staff. You text/call to get a pin to unlock the door and that’s it. The room was decently clean and cleaning happened everyday. The parking lot is tiny and God forbid you’re not driving a sedan… This is an ok place to stay if you only use the room the sleep which we did so it didn’t bother me too much. Probably wouldn’t rebook simply because other lodging options have more amenities and restaurants/casinos on site and it’s nice not to have to leave the hotel for every meal."
