非常好的地點，旁邊就是家樂褔超商，而且我住家庭房，微波爐，電磁爐，餐具一應俱全。房間也滿大，雖然一個沙發床，但也很大好睡。大概就是客廳沒冷氣會熱一點，浴室洗手槽有漏水，其他都不錯

The airconditioning has not been maintained and was so noisy it was like sleeping with a motorbike in the same room. Needless to say I didn’t sleep

Great location, only a 20 minute walk to the Grand Place and on the south side of Brussels, ideal for Brussels Charleroi airport.
Our first room was on level -1 and was quite dark with a gap between the bathroom door and wall which meant you could see the person sitting on the toilet. There was also a lot of noise that sounded like a door constantly slamming.
However, the hotel staff were very helpful and changed the room the next day to a much quieter location on the ground floor.
There was free coffee and water available 24 hours a day and the reception staff were friendly and helpful.
All in all a very nice hotel in a great location.
