One of the staff booked a table in a near by restaurant, due to it being a Sunday and not many places open on a Sunday in France.

When I brought the issue up to staff their response was that they "thought they took care of the problem this morning" and that they would simply vacuum up the bugs instead of properly cleaning the room or offering me a new one. "The reception staff were very helpful. We had several ‘challenges’- the heater in the bathroom only stayed on for 1 minute, the hairdrier did not work, the room was very clean when we arrived but daily room service was poor- only made the bed and changed the towels. "We loved meeting Roc and staying here! This is a French country house and got us out of the city and into the beautiful countryside. "We stayed here for 1 night before returning home from holiday.First time in a Kyriad Hotel.Parking was good. Room clean and modern. Lovely shower room and separate toilet. Tea and coffee facilities good. Staff very friendly.Unfortunately the restaurant and bar were closed and we planned to have dinner there not knowing this. There was only a Burger King nearby which didn't appeal. So after driving around the area we ended up eating in The Novotel Hotel.It should be stated on booking about the times of restaurant openings. "
