"Staff was very nice and helpful, but the property is in bad shape. Our first room had been broken into before, you can see where they wedged something to release the latch, breaking off part of the door. Requested a second room, and was upgraded to a slightly larger room, but it smelled like weed and cheap perfume. Except for the smell, the room was decently clean. The beds were horrible, like sleeping on a cardboard box. Pool was closed, not sure if it will reopen? I would not stay here again."

"We stayed one night and it was quite comfortable. The air conditioning was already on at fan maxed out when we got to the room. The toilet was stopped up but could be quickly fixed. One bedside light didn't work which probably made it seem dimly lit in the room. The only charging plugs were in the bathroom although I connected to a powerstrip behind the mini fridge and got a tiny shock on my cheek."

"The Cozy Casita is just that! It’s a beautiful & comfortable retreat off the beaten path with all the amenities of home. This is my our fourth time staying here and it’s our home away from home! The hostess Tanya is always out and about on the property tending to her animals on the ranch but Always available to answer questions or just chit chat.Highly recommended this amazing property to anyone wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life to enjoy the peace & tranquility of country life with all the perks!"

"The online pictures of the room do not match the pictures I have of a dirty room that I was charged 84 dollars for. I have several pictures for proof of that. Black mold in the bathroom, dirty and stained bath tub. Broken and rusted door hinges on bathroom door. Dirty and stained walls. Front door had a gap that allowed outside light light into the room. No smoke detector only the wires hanging loose where one should be. The furniture was used and dirty with a burn whole in one of the seats. The TV had no signal so could not watch anything on it. I have several pictures for proof. 84 dollars for the room and to be honest it was not worth 20 dollars to stay in. I want a full refund because they lied with the pictures they posted online for this website. I give my stay two massive thumbs down."

"You get what you pay for!!!!.....but this property is designed for success for the value....problem is housekeeping is nonexistent. Thick film of grime/dirt/gunk/mold on every surface. Hard floors, countertops, tiled bathroom.....all they had to do is remove the grease film and I would have been happy...rough neighborhood but I found it acceptably quiet."
