"The one night stay was very, very comfortable. The room was tremendous in size and the breakfast was perfect. And the tour within the facilities by a staff member was fantastic. I will certainly recommend Gran Hotel De Lago El Coca to anyone traveling to this area."

"We loved it here. Such an amazing place. It’s remote, but the signage was good and our driver found it. Probably best to get there during the day. We took a chocolate making class and went on the night walk in the jungle. It is an eco resort, so don’t expect hot showers, which is usually a deal breaker for me. But the place was so nice we were very happy we stayed here. "

"We have stayed several times in Lago Agrio and this is the first time we actually enjoyed our hotel experience. Quiet, safe and with beautiful grounds. Lots of birds! Highly recommended."
