Caid and Kate were excellent.They were very attentive, very helpful, welcoming and accommodating. The hotel bartender mixed great cocktails. We recommend staying at this hotel. We will be back."

"Property definitely in the heart of Buffalo. Able to walk all over although in some areas we felt uncomfortable due to the homeless situation. Our room was clean and comfortable. Staff accomodating and very nice. Not a lot of shopping close by and we found some of the restaurants closed. Our stay was fine altogether."
