"This place is falling apart and is dangerous. Warning lights flashing on the elevator intercom system and looks completely un-maintained. The rooms and halls smell of a combination of Chlorimine, piss, and vape. My daughter with allergies began having a severe reaction and staff basically said, too bad, no refunds. We had to leave our reservation and honestly we couldn’t wait to get out of there even with our money lost. There is also a cell phone tower on the building feet from where people are sleeping. The tub and bathroom walls had holes. The AC cover was broken, the rug was filthy, not enough towels for them amount of people in the room and not extras available. Just bad all around."

"Even though it's rated 2 star....I thought the property was a great value. My room had laminate flooring, so no nasty carpet, my own fridge and microwave and free breakfast and ice machine. I was very satisfied. Just wish it would have been sunny on Saturday so I could lay at pool."

"I would not recommend staying at Suburban Studios Slidell. The room was extremely dirty from the moment I walked in. The floors were visibly stained and felt unclean, and the bathtub was downright nasty, something you would not even want to step into. There were bugs in the room, which made the whole experience even worse. The condition of the property overall felt neglected. The paint jobs looked rushed and shoddy, with visible wear and poor maintenance throughout. The bathroom was very small and uncomfortable to use, adding to the frustration. To make matters worse, there were power outages during the stay, which made it even more inconvenient. The TV was not even a smart TV, which felt outdated and limiting. Overall, it was just an unpleasant stay from start to finish. Definitely not worth the money or the hassle."

"The king-sized bed was very short. I'm six feet tall and my feet hung over the end. Each room has one small window. No view to speak of. The first room we checked into had no phone. We moved to another room; it had a phone that didn't work. The bottom of the bathtub wasn't quite level. When showering, I felt like I was about to fall. The elevator was non-functional one morning; no out of order sign. "

"Great stay. Breakfast really good. Real quiet everyone so friendly. Close to a lot of places. Parking great. Rooms are excellent. Beds are comfortable, very clean. Stay here many many times and never had anything negative to say. The guy at desk Kelly is always so nice and even if I am a regular he always is very nice to my autistic son. Kathy from housekeeping is so sweet and nice always lets Me know if I need anything let her know. And I believe Nicole who does breakfast is a true sweetheart she is the sweetest to everyone not just me and my family. I have witness her bring food to older and handicap guest so they didn’t have to get up. But everyone is amazing at this hotel. Photo I am sharing was for Mardi Gras weekend at Microtel."
