"This was my family's second time staying at this hotel. The first time we stayed, the pool was being serviced the entire time. Our grandchild was bored and disappointed the entire stay. This stay we could smell someone smoking marijuana when we were in our bathroom. We had to keep the vents on. We are none smokers. The rooms are non-smoking rooms. Also, attendant #69 was the rudest! Even when checking out, she made me feel like I was inconveniencing her by asking for a print out of my stay. Even then, she didn't print the entire receipt and walked back to the back before I could let her know. Last, the parking fee should be free if you are staying at the hotel. Its $10 per day if you pay upfront. The first time we were not aware of paying upfront and ended up being charged almost $800 (not exaggerating) in fees for a two week stay. We had to fight with management in order to get them lowered. The location and in-house restaurants are very convenient and the rooms were very clean."

"Valet parking is available. I received a bottle of wine as a gift, wow! The room is spacious but dark, there is no window to the outdoors. The window overlooks a closed-in courtyard that looks as it serves as events (weddings?) venue. "
