"I really enjoyed my meal and cocktail at the hotel Mexican restaurant. The location was great and so was the view from my hotel room. The staff was wonderful from valet to the front desk to housekeeping. They were also extremely helpful, when I left something in my room after I checked out the staff went up and retrieved it for me. If I find myself back in Cleveland in the future I would stay here again."

"Beautiful building, and some of the staff was very friendly, but it’s expensive, the rooms need refreshing and cleaning. The glass ceiling was leaking, the room service was expensive and not good. "

"What a creative and fun concept! We stayed 2 nights with our grandkids and they promptly named this apartment "The Fun House" and are already asking to go back. The apartment is cozy and very convenient with regard to activities in Cleveland. We visited the Museum of Illusions, Science Museum and a lovely afternoon spent on the beach at Edgewater Park. The property is located in an older, working class neighborhood, but we felt safe and appreciated that the property has electronic access. Yes, there are trains passing nearby from time to time, but the kids actually enjoyed running to the window to try see them pass :) This little trip was really a last minute decision and turned out to be great fun for the kiddo's and "The Fun House" was definitely a big hit!! We did have a few queries during our stay but the management team were very responsive and ensured we were satisfied. "
