  • Welcome to The Teal House at Willow Oak — a private, family-friendly retreat designed for relaxation, fun, and easy access to everything that makes the New Smyrna Beach area special.

    This 3-bedroom, 2-bath home sleeps up to 6 and features a private pool, firepit, screened porch, and a fully fenced yard, making it ideal for families traveling with kids and pets.

    A great home to enjoy the Florida coast, and make memories!

    *** Note: This property has exterior cameras in the front and backyard. The ones in the backyard are not aimed at the pool area and do not record audio. They make sure gates are secure.

This house was amazing! We were sad to go. It was gorgeous inside and outside. The owners were SUPER responsive and kind. Everything was clean. We were in the pool every day, we loved every minute! Thank you guys so much!

Very spacious and clean home to do all the things! Pet-friendly with a nice fenced-in yard. Very close and convenient to grocery, restaurants and the beach. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare a meal. Beds comfortable and spacious. Excellent machines to do our laundry in separate laundry room. A variety of floats and balls for pool fun! Wonderful golf at the Venetian nearby. Loved our stay and will be back!
