The staff was very accessible and friendly. The is perfectly located in block away from White House adjacent to metro station easy to get to around. Plenty of nice restaurants and shops. I highly recommend this Hotel for your stay in Washington DC

Overall it was a good stay the room was clean.The staff was good in the beginning but at checkout the women working the front desk was rude and acted as if she didn’t want to be ask questions about the shuttles. And there was a problem with the printer I assume because I never received my receipt and she said she would email it .

We stayed here while doing college visits for my son. Excellent hotel and location. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the on-site restaurant had good food and excellent service. Also, you are in walking diatnce to George Washington Univeristy, a short Uber ride from Georgetown, and very close to the train station.

I would have given this a higher rating but felt assaulted when we entered the portico and into the hotel. The large pictures of seductive young men were offensive to us. The decor of the worn out carpet didn’t help. Then realizing it had been a church was insulting. The water pressure was difficult in our bathroom. The staff was wonderful and friendly. The rooms were clean.

So clean! Beds, pillow, blankets all super comfy- thank you for an amazing stay! 💜
