Beds are so comfortable! The hotel is clean and staff are wonderful. We stayed for two nights with a one year old and were very satisfied. The breakfast was good as well.

Close enough to the West Edmonton for a fast drive. Clean rooms and decent enough free breakfast. The front desk lady working the evenings was naturally kind!!

Great hotel with good breakfast just disappointed that housekeeping didn’t do a very good job and left long hairs all over the bathroom floor and main room floor wasn’t vacuumed either.

The hotel staff let a big group of people party and get drunk in the lobby. The pool was full of wild people that jumped and risk the safety of the other guests. People with there kids was playing in the hallway out of our rooms, we couldn’t sleep. The food selection was made to accommodate only people that eat pork, no alternative for Muslims, Jewish or vegetarian. The hotel manager keep lying and cover for those issues instead of trying to fix it.

The room was large and beds comfortable, except for that pullout couch, those are terrible. We would have liked to have room cleaning daily, instead of every other day. And next time we book, we will ensure there are no hockey teams booked at the same time. There were parents drinking in the halls and kids yelling and running around until late into the night. That's no reflection on the property or staff though. Overall, we would stay here again.

One issue was that they have the fridge wired to the wall light switch by the door. So if you turn off the light switch it turned off the fridge. The one switch for the fridge was not wired to the lights. The worst part is that only one maintenance man knows about this. The cleaning ladies turned it off everyday! We told the front desk that they should put a label on it and they never did in 4 DAYS that we were there.

The service was great - everyone was friendly and welcoming. We noticed the breakfast tables were not wiped often, that would be my only critique. An excellent stay and a great variety of breakfast options.

We were in Edmonton for a spring show and it was easy to get there as well as the restaurants we ate at for the two nights we stayed. Our room was clean and orderly. I don’t love carpets in rooms but it seemed clean as well. It was a bit hard to figure out the thermostat in our room but after we did it was comfortable. Great breakfast and extras available as requested! Very friendly staff!

Nice updated clean room. Continental breakfast was great, so much to choose from. Cereal, fruit, pastries, hot food and your choice to make your own waffles. Staff was very friendly and helpful and checked in with us by text both days we were there to see if we needed anything. Nice short drive to West Edmonton Mall. Would definitely stay here again.

When we showed up they told us the pool was not working, they should have us let know prior to give us option to stay elsewhere. There was also hockey and ringette teams staying at the hotel and they would use the entire public sitting area for team meals so we could not enjoy this space and when they finished the kids would play in the hallway till 1am not impressed I'll never pick a hotel with a shared space again

We booked 6 rooms with 16 youth volleyball players and the staff were amazing for our groups needs. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve experienced on our travels with different options for everyone. We will definitely be booking here again on our next tournament in Edmonton

Weekend trip
The service is fantastic!!!, the rooms are nice. The hotel gave us everything that we wanted. Lots of parking.The only issue is the air from the air conditioner forces directly to the head of the bed. Would stay here again
