Mauvaise isolation, très bruyant, une chambre (relativement loin de la nôtre) faisait la fête tous les jours de 15h à 4h30 du matin en mettant la musique très fort, criant, claquant les portes. Ils ont continué le bruit malgré l'avertissement de l'employée de nuit. Le ménage est fait au strict minimum, le duvet n'avait pas de fourre, le lit contenait des cheveux des précédents clients, l'aspirateur n'a jamais été passé car des tas de cheveux se trouvaient par terre. Chambre et salle de bain très mal aérées car il y avait des poissons d'argent tous les jours. Les verres utilisés pour boire n'ont jamais été changés malgré leur usage. Les toilettes n'étaient même pas nettoyés.

Staff were super friendly and welcoming. It was very quiet for our stay so the pools and facilities were relaxing and reliably accessible. The restaurant meals were delicious. Only thing that could be better was the breakfast bacon! Just 5m walk to one beach, ~10m in the other direction to another and some convenient shops just across the road. It was the perfect first holiday for my little girl, she didn't want to leave.

Great hotel in a brilliant quiet location but close enough to walk to Santa Eulalia where there are plenty of shops and restaurants.. Hotel was nice and clean and the pool area was perfect for relaxing. Would definitely stay here again, brilliant value for money

The property was good, large pool not too packed when we stayed in September 2023. WiFi was great, TV was good, nice location, walkable and bus routes next to property. Two complaints, the buffet food was the SAME every day, not a lot of options either. Also, the shower soap was not refilled before our check-in and we ran out by our 3rd day.

L'hôtel est agréable, calme, propre (chambre spacieuse et bien équipée, bar avec billards, belle piscine, petit déjeuner garni). Le personnel est sympathique et est à votre disposition continuellement. Le plage (mixte avec le "Club Med") est belle, agréable, propre et surveillée continuellement et surtout pas trop bondée (contrairement aux autres surpeuplées en pleine période estivale). Elle est à 500 mètres à pieds. Il y a aussi, sur la plage, un Bar qui fait snack / resto avec un personnel bien sympathique et une carte assez fournie. A recommander sans souci pour des vacances sereines, agréables et détendues avec beau temps assuré (normalement :). Petit bémol ! Comme dans de nombreux autres appartements ou hôtels, malheureusement, vous avez toujours un certain nombre de personnes égoïstes qui téléphonent à haute voix, tôt le matin ou tard le soir, des parents qui laissent leur enfant crier parque que "enfant-ROI" et qu'on ne veut surtout pas leur faire de reproche ou bonne éducation pendant les vacances, il y aussi quelques jeunes "fêtards" qui rentrent tard (pour ne pas dire tôt le matin) et qui parlent aussi à voix haute en se fichant des autres. Enfin, vous avez aussi ceux qui viennent avec des chiens et qui les laissent seuls dans l'appartement quand il sortent le soir et dont ces chiens aboient continuellement au moindre bruit.

Das Zimmer roch schlecht als wir encheckten. Der Boden war schmutzig (auch am 2.Tag nach der Zimmereinigung). Der Boden des Badzimmer war ständig nass. Irgendwoher ronn das Wasser. Es gab im Badezimmer nichts ausser toilettenpapier, Handtücher und Schampoo/Duschgel.

Super hôtel je conseille, lits confortables et il y a 2 piscines. Le personnel est très gentil. Le seul petit bémol serait l'eau du robinet qui était salée et pas de bouteille d'eau à l'arrivée mais sinon c'était génial

Don't get alcohol here

Location is a bit difficult to get to but room was clean and the front desk staff were friendly. The bar staff though seemed out to get as much money from you as possible, also strange they didn't understand Portuguese. I was trying to order an imperial, a small beer, was told they only have corona so ordered 2 glasses, gave me two bottle priced at €6 each! That's ALOT for Portugal prices?! And small bottles?? Imperial beers are usually €2-€3. Other than that the hotel itself was fine
