Absolutely zero sound-proofing, even the quietest footsteps are reverberated through the room. Very charming little hotel, excellent central location. Expect absolutely nothing from the staff, and expect zero assistance from Hotel Management, entirely unresponsive to phone calls and emails. Cannot recommend due to poor service, horrible sleep quality. A warning to those booking the Twin Room - the bathroom is a tripping hazard, I tripped several times, as an active adult. The cleaning left a lot to be desired, crusty spots on the curtains, filthy A/C unit.

"This is a beautiful hotel we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The historic room was lovely and the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was also excellent with plenty of choice and very tasty which set us up for the day. The location of the hotel is very convenient for the main squares and attractions.. ..."
