"We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the station. Our room was spacious, and the view overlooking the town was absolutely stunning. The outdoor hot spring was the highlight of our stay. The staff spoke English well and were incredibly friendly and helpful. "It was great experience staying at this place. Right after we went to gala Yuzawa ski came back to the hotel and dipped ourselves into the large Ofuro in the basement. Smoking was not allowed inside or well outside the house so it was the only problem me and my friends faced during the stay but all in all we enjoyed our stay at the place. Place is warm and cozy. Recommend for friends and family or in groups over 5 people. "
