Stephanie, We strive to give our guests an exceptional experience, and we apologize that you did not experience that. Our previous guests said there were no bugs, the cleaning team also did not find any bugs and we have never had them before, so I am not sure where they came from, but I do apologize that you experienced them! It can get humid back in the woods but we have central air-conditioning that would have taken the humidity away inside and helped with the condensation in the bathroom. We have a washer and dryer available for the guest use in the basement and that would have dried the towels The cleaning lady wipes out the garbage every time she cleans. I did make her aware of the fan and the garbage can and she will attend to it. Thank you for letting me know. Yes, we do have unique ship, ladder steps that require attention and handrails for safety. I’ve not had anyone mention the refrigerator making noise, but we will see to that and the other issues you mentioned.. Again, thank you for letting me know. The mattress pad had been washed for your arrival We are glad you enjoyed the location of the cabin so private and yet close to all the fun. Congratulations on your wedding! Yes, the stairs are a ships ladder type stair and they are steep, but the railings are sturdy and easy to hold on to. We have a queen size bed in the loft and 1 in the main level bedroom, next to the bathroom. I'm sorry you found the pull-out uncomfortable 😔 I've not heard that complaint before and am disappointed to hear it now. One of our core values is comfort so we purchased this expensive sofa sleeper with a foam mattress believing it was comfortable. We will look into it.
