"Upon receipt of booking confirmation I discovered that the reservation was made for Feb.4th instead of January 4th. I immediately telephoned Expedia on Dec. 24 and spoke with Tracy about the error. She tried to call the hotel but due to the holiday season she was not able to reach anyone. She told me that she will pass the information to her supervisor for follow up.
