Objektiv sprechen die Bilder das nicht aus,die Wirklichkeit sieht anders aus.Ideal für junge Leute ,bin noch gelenkig aber das war schon eine Herausforderung die Treppe hoch,und Übergewichtigkeit ist hier nicht angebracht.

Modernisierung empfohlen

Eine ideale Wohnung, wenn man viel unterwegs ist. Die Größe ist gar nicht mal das Problem, denn einrichtungstechnisch fehlt fast nichts.Aber Teile des Geschirrs war nicht sauber und die Heizung konnte man nicht eigenständig einstellen. Heizung, Türen und Fenster täten eine Modernisierung gut und würden den Gesamteindruck erheblich verbessern.

Egmond ist super, ein schönes kleines Städtchen, schöne Strände, herrliche Dünenlandschaft!

Die Unterkunft war sehr sehr einfach. So richtig wohl haben wir uns nicht gefühlt. Die Fenster ließen sich nicht richtig schließen und klapperten nachts bei Wind.

Es ist eine sehr einfache Unterkunft, aber okay! Das Haus ist komplett mit Efeu bewachsen und es gibt keine Fliegengitter, dadurch hat man oft Mitbewohner.

Klein aber alles was man braucht

Es war ein guter Aufenthalt und ein sehr netter Gastgeber. Nur die Fenster sind sehr undicht. Daher empfiehlt es sich wirklich nur bei warmen Temperaturen. Und der DVD Player ist ohne Kabel aber leider ohne Funktion. Ansonsten gibt es nichts auszusetzen.

Umgebung und Lage hervorragend!

Ferienhaus sehr klein mit Durchgangszimmer(Etagenbett) und sehr steiler Treppe ins Dachgeschoss(gefährlich). Qualität vom Doppelbett war sehr miserabel und im ganzen Haus hat es sehr schlecht nach Modder gerochen(auch die Bettwäsche).Bei dem Preis haben wir nicht viel erwartet,da uns die lage und Umgebung wichtig waren,aber in dem Haus würden wir noch nicht mal mehr einen kostenlosen Urlaub verbringen wollen. Super war der kostenlose PKW Stellplatz vor dem Haus. Daumen hoch für das Örtchen Egmond am Zee.

Eggmond aan zee

Die Unterkunft ist sehr niedlich und treffend beschrieben. Eric ist ein netter Gastgeber. Es ist ein sehr schönes und idyllisches Strandbad genau richtig um zu entspannen und Kraft zu tanken.

Es ist eine alte Garage, sehr feucht und sehr kalt, dafür ist die Lage gut. Das Bad ist total klein. Aber ein kleiner Garten. Objekt eher im Sommer zu empfehlen. Zu zweit mit Hund geht.
