The check in process at the reception building was smooth. The staff stored our bags until check in time. Free access to washer and dryer in reception building was ideal since we stayed for 7 days. Ideal location close to everything.

The noise and inconvenience of staying at this hotel during their culture night was the worst experience I have ever encountered at a hotel.
Additionally, prior to the stay, the hotel staff refused to communicate with me because we booked through Expedia. And then they failed to communicate with Expedia as well.
Lobby is cold and uninviting but the rooms were nicely decorated. The breakfast had everything one could ask for, but the quality was poor. Don’t eat the scrambled eggs!

The outside door keypad was terrible. We had to use the call system to get in which took sometime. I would not have booked there if I had known there was no on-site host/desk. I did like the convenient location and the on-site free parking.
