Overnight stay

This was a quick overnight as we had an early trip. Hotel La Reine is in walking distance of the city center and has many stores and eating places in it's surroundings.

Perfect

I was very happy. Super good service from the hotel host, very helpful with everything and they made sure my stay was accustomed to my needs. I would definetly recommend this place.

This place is the worst!

This place is a dishonest POS, the photos lie, there is no restaurant despite that being mentioned in the description. The lobby photos are all fake, it’s a tiny room 4 m x 5 m and that’s it. No bar (but the photos show a bar), no nothing. Front desk not even manned until 11:00. My booking was non refundable but I am going to seek compensation as I left the hotel a day early. The room are old, poorly decorated, uncomfortable beds, just total ugh! Hotels.com, remove this listing, it is hurting your reputation!

Odaya giriş yapıldığında çöp kutularının içi boşaltılmamıştı. Odada klima çalışmıyordu. Banyo lavabosu gideri tıkanık olduğu için su gitmedi, devamlı birikti. Duş gideri temizlenmemişti. Birikmiş çok fazla saç vardı. Saç kurutma makinasının duvara monte aparatı kir içindeydi. Odada yürürken havaya toz kalkıyordu. Halı temizliği yapılmamıştı. 7 gün boyunca bir torba içinde temiz havlu bırakıldı. Nevresim ve çarşaflar değiştirilmedi. Oda temizliği levhası asıldığı halde odaya sadece yataklar yapılmıştı. Çarşaf ve nevresim değiştirilmemişti. Çarşafı havalandırmak için kaldırıldığında alttaki alez kirli ve lekeliydi. Otelin konumu dışında hiçbir artısı yok.

This was a last minute booking due to the Dutch rail strike which meant staying in Eindhoven instead of our original booking in Sittard. Just off the main centre so it was quiet even with the bar next door. Being upgraded was a bonus!

普通でした。 部屋にはコーヒーや紅茶などのサービスはありません。冷蔵庫もありません。コーヒーが1階で2ユーロで売っています。エアコン、エレベーターは付いていました。 部屋の掃除は不定期のようです。5泊のうち1回のみ、掃除されていました。初日はタオルの交換すらありませんでしたが、2日目以降は、新しいタオルが毎朝支給されていました。(これら説明はありません。)

Geen minibar op de kamer. Receptie is tot 13 uur afwezig. Een goedkoop bekertje koffie of een bekertje heet water voor thee is €2 en er staat niets op de kamer. Wel is het echt stil op de kamer!

Für den Preis Top!

Waren hier mit einem JGA. Lage ist wirklich top, keine 10min zur Kneipenstraße. Zimmer sind ausreichend groß, aber doch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Hier und da sind die Möbel abgenutzt und den ein oder anderen Fleck aus dem Teppich bekommt man nicht mehr raus. Für den Preis (rund 90Euro für 2 Personen) kann man aber definitiv über die kleinen Unannehmlichkeiten hinwegschauen. Alles in Allem waren wir sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt. Man muss halt wissen, worauf man sich einlässt.
