This property is what it says it is: a BUDGET hotel. You won’t get everything you want but you get an individual room with a shared bathroom in a great location and the owners are really nice and understanding.

Value, clean, central
Good price for the Netherlands where hotels are not cheap. Check in next door at the cafe was straightforward. There is no front desk, so security is not ideal, so I kept my bicycle in my room (had to be carried up a narrow staircase). The single shared bathroom was occupied by 1 man for over an hour when I arrived but luckily there is a seperate toilet downstairs. Clean and neat, central and close to the football ground.

Everything was as described. The reception was very accommodating and assisted me with all my questions and concerns. It was kind of loud at night as others had mentioned in their reviews, but nothing that couldn't be slept through. All in all, highly recommend. Great service, great location and very safe.

My stay was very good. Location perfect for public transport and with in walking distance to city centre. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was nice and clean.

Worst night of my whole trip! I booked this hotel for a simple good night sleep before travelling to Belgium on the next day as this hotel is walking distance to the station. However, IT WAS TOTALLY ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTING. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND IN STAYING IN THIS HOTEL. The reception only opens from 11am to 7pm? which I could totally understand and how considerate they are to provide an emergency number to contact if you need anything (I called 7 to 8 time the line is not even reachable). Worst of all! The smoke detector went off three times during the night. How is that possible that I could get some good night sleep. There was no one who gave us a call or notice about the faulty smoke detector. And reception is nowhere near to contact. SO what, am I supposed to run for my life or stay in bed? 3 TIMES!!!!!!! Worst night ever, didn't even get any sleep at all!

Dear Mr. or Mrs. Anonymous, We are sorry to hear you did not get any sleep that night. But a lot of guests are able on a daily basis to contact the mobile phone number, therefore we can only assume that the problem with calling is not on our end. Perhaps you misdialled the phone number? Nobody called us that night to inform us that the smoke detector was going off, therefore we were only aware of this the next morning and we changed them. Another guests confirmed to us that that night the detectors did not go off. We cannot give you a call or notice about a faulty detector if we do not know that there is one, and therefore if we know about it we immediately change is, like we did the next morning. Again, we are very sorry this happened to you but we wish you would've contacted us directly instead of anonymously put a bad review on Expedia. Kind regards,

I needed an inexpensive room for a short stay. The hotel was perfect for my needs. 7 minute walk from train station. Great restaurants next to hotel. Short walk to downtown Eindhoven for food, entertainment, and shopping. Philips Museum and Stadium are very close. Room was compact but very clean and tidy. Restroom was located on first floor and shower/restroom combo was on the second floor. Both were very clean. Very good value. Would stay here again.

Very bright and clean room. Bathroom is shared between 3 rooms on the floor but also maintained very clean. Free coffee , tea, hot chocolate when receptionist is there.

Very cooperative and helpful staff. The property occupies a number of traditional old houses, which are excelently maintained. Very clean. A suberb budget hotel in the heart of the city.

To take a shower you need to go 3 floors down - it is not pratical. I liked the fact that we could wash our teeth in the room and the way to check-in if there is no staff was very nice. Everything went well.
