Welcome to your royal city retreat! This spacious 1-bedroom apartment comfortably hosts up to 4 guests. On the ground floor, you’ll find a cozy bedroom with a double bed, desk, and bathroom. Private stairs lead to the bright living room with a double sofa bed, TV, and fully equipped kitchen, perfect for cooking. Free street parking is available just 50 meters away, and the city center is only a short walk, giving you easy access to supermarkets, shops, etc. Weekly cleaning service included.

Guest Access:
You enter the building by using a key-code and then the entrance of the apartment is on the ground level. Within the apartment there's a staircase that leads to the living room.

If you’re looking to visit Eindhoven this is the best location. 17 minute walk from the city center. Very quiet location and easy street parking. Great place.
