Honestly I really loved my stay, if I was to do it again - opt in for the breakfast it’s remarkable and it saved me a lot of time. The staff were all friendly and willing to help. I did enjoy getting cleaning for the rooms each day. Furthermore it was close to the central area of Madrid. I would highly recommend for anyone staying here to book this place. I loved it a lot.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Madrid right on the Gran Via. Staff were very friendly. Accommodations were very nice. Bed was incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. We plan to return to Madrid and would stay here again.

Positives: The location is good. The metro is nearby and there are many restaurants and grocery shops around.
The room is big and has many amenities.
The air conditioning works well, even at 40C outside the room was always comfortable.
Negatives: The checkin process was not smooth at all. The codes were not working and I had to get a key. This process took over 40 minutes. Be aware that there is no reception and all communication is through WhatsApp.
The bed is very hard.

"This is a quiet spa resort in the countryside. I stayed as it is dog friendly and needed an overnight on way through the area. Very nice place. A bit dated. Lots of people on package tours.
