The breakfast service was very good, but the cleanliness could be improved; there were long women's hairs in the bathroom. The hotel staff in all areas were very committed to providing good service. The elevators are sophisticated, but they had some operational problems.

I recently stayed at Urban Hive and was thoroughly impressed! The staff was welcoming, and the stylish lobby set the perfect tone. My room was comfortable and well-appointed, with great views.
The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the on-site restaurant offered an inventive menu. The location is unbeatable, conveniently close to major attractions and public transport.
Highly recommend for its exceptional service, superb facilities, and prime location.

Great hotel! Location was perfect for visiting the Prado, Sofia Reina, and Retiro Park. One in our group uses a wheel chair and bathroom for handicapped individual was very good. Restaurant adjacent to hotel is very good too.
