The outside of this property is in desperate need of an update. I was really nervous until I opened my door. Beautiful new flooring, brand new mattress and counters. Large spacious room. You have to check in at Clarion Pointe which is on other side of parking lot. Breakfast is served at Clarion Pointe as well. Staff is incredible and kind.

There’s definitely roaches, seen multiple in my room but they were squished. The breakfast is literally like waffles, toast, bagels cereal. Nothing crazy. The staff is super helpful though so that was a plus. Probably won’t stay here again

Do not recommend for family stay

Initial thoughts were there are no windows, the room was super hot, the sliding door to the back of building was unlocked which felt unsafe. My daughter went to use the restroom and lost it when she saw a couple roaches in the tub.

Room was clean, AC and bed were perfect. Condition of room was pretty bad. No secondary working lock on my door. Several holes in the wall, ceiling need to be in. Walls need to be repainted. Bathroom sink has massive cracks. Bathtub needs restoration, even know it was clean it looked dirty

The staff were helpful, friendly and responsive. Breakfast nook was overseen by a staff person throughout the morning; continental style with mini muffins, bagels, English muffins, toast, butter, ream cheese and peanut butter available, two deep waffle irons for nice make-your-own, yogurt, apples, cereal and fresh coffee. Rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. Sadly the facility itself is worn; there were cracks in the bathroom tile and walls, we had two lamps whose light bulbs wore out. But we felt reasonably comfortable. I hope they can make some repairs as it would elevate the place a bit. My one other suggestion would be to provide hard boiled eggs to the breakfast menu to add a protein option.

A good stop I am happy to recommend

There were a few disturbing ratings and comments about this location. It is an older hotel, but housekeeping is good. Ashley at the desk is personable, humorous, and diligent. We felt safe and secure and this has immediate access to I-8. The breakfast is continental which was a disappointment, but otherwise this was a very good price for the area.

This room was not worth $250 a night what a waste of money will never go here again. Super dirty and the surrounding area was shady.

They only cleaned once on our stay, and not well either. Most of the outlets in our place didnt work. The door to the bathroom door didnt close. The shower will either give you really hot or really cold water. The people at the front desk were helpful and nice, and the breakfast was almost always stocked.

Not the best but it had a bed

There was roaches in room 115. The shower head was leaking from the top. Air conditioner didnt work as expected. However i was fleeing from a domestic violence situation so it was good enough for the nights i had to stay. The staff was amazing very welcoming and comforting

We arrived checked in with hesitation and went to our room. The door had space top and bottom, the bathroom was filthy, the room smelled of mold. The kitchenette was cracked the only sink is right inside the open door. We didn't stay and demanded a refund. The person at the front desk was apologetic and very friendly, but we couldn't stay.

Front desk staff was amazing. Housekeepers could not clean the room due to too many checkouts that day. Description of room wasn’t exactly what it said. The couch was not a couch bed. Broken items in the room. Bathroom sink did not turn on at all, microwave handles were missing, shower head spurred water causing slight flooding with every shower. Baby roaches in the restroom

The handicapped room we were assigned was clean and the bed was comfortable; however, the bathroom was a misdesign. The shower and toilet were in the same room. The shower had one cloth curtain. The water flowed under it and onto the floor around the toilet. I built a towel wall. Later, the manager apologized and built another towel wall for fear my elderly aunt (87) might slip and fall. The towels were clean, but stained. The kitchen was useless because it had no utensils, pans or plates. The breakfast was adequate and the staff was friendly. They also accommodated our staying later than 9:00 AM. This was nice, but way too early to close for breakfast. The door handle to my room was upside down. You raised up on the latch; rather than pushed down on it. Expedia rated this hotel far too high.

This hotel was perhaps the dirtiest and nastiest hotel I’ve ever visited. The bathroom was horrid and all of the furniture was disgusting, old and worn. I am shocked that this company offers amenities like these to their guests. This review is by no means is a harsh review aimed to the employees who work at this facility. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I feel bad these employees because they have to maintain such a poor excuse of a hotel and a facility. Who ever owns and manages this facility should invest their money properly on renovating this building because it is absolutely shameful to call yourself a hotel and offer these rooms for your guests to stay in.
