Second floor with elevator, 2 large bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms. Large living-dining room with views of the sea, the green areas and the pool.

The main living room is large and very bright, and has on the one hand a dining area with beautiful views of the sea and the common areas of the urbanization (green areas, swimming pool ...), and on the other hand a relaxation area, with 2 sofas (which converts to beds) opening onto the 40-inch television.

The dining area, with sliding windows that can be moved completely and resembles the space to a terrace, is perfect for lunch, dinner, a drink, or relax ... while enjoying the views of the sea.

All rooms have hot / cold air conditioning, programmable centrally.
