"This a very beautiful hotel, located in Pisté, and very close to Chichen Itzá. Surround by jungle, it’s very tranquil and has great service. The food was amazing at the restaurant. The menu is small, but food is fresh and made with love. The hotel itself is very beautiful and the rooms were amazing. The bathrooms were so clean and spotless. Beds were comfortable and the balcony views are amazing. I stayed with my family there for 7 days. If you want to go see the ruins at Chichen itza or Cenote Sukan, Ik Kil, or hop on the Tren maya. They will give you a shuttle ride, ( for a price of course). The gym wasn’t my favorite. The squat rack/ bench press wasn’t usable, the bar is too small to even out weight on it. Most of the equipment is for upper body, yes they have a tread mill some other cardio equipment. This is why I give 4 stars. I wanted to try the spa for the day, but wasn’t able to since they only scheduled one person for the day. For the most part everything else was amazing. I definitely recommend staying at this hotel if you are planning on visiting Chichen Itza or around the area. It’s about 2 hour drive from Cancun international airport. We also spent a day in Tulum and Cozumel. If you have a rental car. Taking the tolls are safe."

"I love these hotel it was so beautiful, the rooms are really nice, clean and comfy. The location is perfect right in front of the plaza and everything is close within walking distance, the city is amazing with so much history and beautiful architecture, the staff at the hotel were so helpful and made the experience a pleasant one. For sure on my next visit to Valladolid and staying at this amazing hotel."

"We were in Valladolid for the last night of our 8-day road trip. This hotel was a very nice surprise much better than we anticipated. Location is perfect, staff was absolutely amazing! It’s a new hotel and they did a wonderful job with decor and overall layout. Our room was very spacious and a nice balcony. The girl who checked us in gave us so many options for dinner and drinks, she was super helpful! There are a few restaurants in the hotel at the front to eat and even an outdoor bar and souvenir shop. I will absolutely stay here every time I sleep in Valladolid going forward."

"If you plan to travel to Chichén Itza, you want to stay with Luis and Carla. They are the best hosts! Luis will direct you to all the spots to eat and visit. He made us this incredible breakfast. There are literally not enough words to describe the most humble, safe, and delicious place to stay. It felt like home. We are so grateful to have met him. Carla made us the BEST cinnamon rolls we've ever eaten too. Their dogs accompanied us to a small local restaurant, Genesis, and it was like having four legged body guards the whole time. Super safe town. Incredible hosts. Please, you want to book a night or a month with Luis and Carla. They are truly incredible."

"Immaculately clean, very new TV, AC and bathroom fixture. Got a great night's sleep each time I was there. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Piste's small tourist eateries, taco stands and food stalls geared for locals very short walk away. This is the ideal stay for someone visiting Chichen who wants to experience small-town Mexico as part of the trip. I come often to visit friends, and this will be my new local go-to."
