The front desk staff was amazing and helpful in every way. Our junior suite felt like a true suite. With two baths, we loved that. I do have some constructive feedback. The mis matched light bulb colors were hard for the eyes. No facial tissue is a real miss for such a nice hotel. Finally, as English speakers, having zero tv channels for us is another real disappointment. We tried both tvs with no luck. Front desk was sure that they were available, but they need to review and resolve. CNN or BBC international would be great additions. Location is fantastic. The staff and location plus room size gets you 5 stars as we were able to find other entertainment options. Thanks again to all of the staff.

"The hotel itself is clean. But it felt like some areas, such as the gym and mirrors were not cleaned thoroughly. I also feel like not all staff but some of the people working there aren't really offering a great customer service. They should be happy to be doing their job since a lot of tourists ..."
