Excellent location, easy access to eateries, shops, transportations. Services are very good. The only complain I have is the room air condition is noisy, otherwise I’ll give a 5stars.

ULIV Cibeles
The front desk service was very friendly. Unfortunately, the window in the room was not well sealed, so traffic noise from cars was quite loud at night and affected my sleep. In addition, the ceiling light in the room still emitted light even when it was turned off, which made it feel like sleeping ...

Hotel & Suites PF
Staff are friendly, housekeeping was poor. Concierge and front desk excellent. The hotel must be built over the metro. The building sways, creeks and groans like an earthquake every day.
