Horrible experience

We booked this place and paid in full. I sent over 5 messages to the host, Vrbo customer service also tried to call the host many times, I was on a 9hr drive and about 3hrs away from this house, still no response from the owner, no address to the location, no check in process, and I was stuck in the middle of Mexico with no place to stay. So vrbo customer service suggest I cancel and try and find a new place to stay. I had only a few hours of sunlight left and this was a horrible situation to be in. The lack of response from this owner was just irresponsible. Avoid this place at all costs so you are also not stranded in Mexico
