    "If I could give this place 10 stars I would. It really was exceptional. We were greeted by the most friendly manager she was truly happy to welcome us. We got a welcome delicious alcoholic beverage made by the bartender and also got a surprise in our room with another drink and fruit it was truly special never had that before.     "Staff were so polite and helpful - the hike down to the beach is amazing, I wouldn’t say it’s expert level, maybe moderate at most if you’re used to walking trails in any part of the world. Lots of little ants in the sink in the room but you need to expect bugs when in CR! The monkeys really only care to come close if you have food on the balcony. We saw all three species of monkeys in CR from our balcony it was awesome. Overall an excellent experience."
