"This is a brand new hotel that just opened 2 months ago. It was an amazing hotel, very beautiful, in an excellent location in the Centro Historico part of Mazatlan. The rooms were nicely done and comfortable. The service was outstanding. Everyone who works here is very helpful and nice. "This was my second stay at this place. The first time was not a good experience but was not unable to cancel my second stay and since I had no choice I stayed here again. However, this time was great. Good and friendly front desk staff and the the room was spacious and everything was working. Some improvement in the cleaning needs to be done because we found a used toothbrush and a used soap in the shower floor. It's a good location and good place for the price. "
