"Perfect house for our 2 week stay in the Phoenix area. The house was spotless and had everything you need. Spent most of our time in the back outdoor space and the pool. Would highly recommend this house. The host would respond to any questions very quickly. Thanks for the wonderful stay."

"For sparkling clean, spacious and updated features the value was incredible for the cost. We've been traveling to the area for the last 10 years and this was the most value for our money. The photos don't do the home justice.Things we absolutely loved: Updated kitchen and bath. The kitchen features a new 34 inch wide deep double bowl sink. Appliances were all newish - including a 5 burner KitchenAid Cooktop. Updated flooring: Tile throughout. Bath: updated bath with a 7' square (I measured it!) shower head, with forceful and delightful water stream. Living Room - Plenty of room to stretch out on the L -shaped Sofa and ottomans. The TV is massive - we didn't watch it, so I can't comment other than the size. Pleasant eating area Ceiling Fans and plenty of air conditioning. bedrooms etc - we only used 1 room as a bedroom and used the other 2 rooms for different purposes. The HOST: Jose was so welcoming and happy to have us. Thoughtful additions included, cold bottled water in the fridge, some cookies and some starter Kuerig pods.The home is on a moderately trafficked road, but no road noise from inside. Also, we sat out front in the shade of the porch each morning and the traffic sound was just swish ,swish, nothing annoying. It is in a well-maintained neighborhood that we walked through each day.We would definitely stay here again, and you should check it out."

"Very nice property at a reasonable price. The pool and BBQ wasn’t clean but Mina took care of it immediately. Great communication and fast response to all questions. Highly recommended!"

"While photos and check-in instructions are accurate, host is slow to communicate. We left something there that host agreed to meet us at future date to pick-up, yet ghosted us on that day. If expecting to use kitchen, be prepared for no blender if still included in listing and to buy some items at Dollar Store: ice cube trays, cheese grater, whisk, plastic wrap/foil, zip bags or storage containers. Master bath on main is awkward set-up and no bath towels (had to borrow from upstairs), and BBQ grill was not cleaned from previous user. Only a single dishwasher pod and no back-up trash can bags. Location is close to Walmart and Surprise Stadium which met our needs. Pool table was fun to have. Be prepared for Luke AFB fighters early mornings - luckily we love watching!"
