The room was clean and spacious. The staff was kind and friendly. Nice location. Two of the things that we were not too happy about were no luggage storage and no parking. They could have created some storage space at the reception.

Clean and fragrant room. The breakfast buffet was yummy with a lot of fresh food variety. Staff were friendly and gave great service and were always accommodating. Would definitely book again!

The hotel first impression from the outside to the lobby and the rooms scream class, elegance and comfort. The staff is eager to please and if they tell you they will come to your room to help, they are there within minutes. It is centrally located near shopping, restaurants and bars but it is safe and quiet. Adrian at the bar makes amazing cocktails and is attentive to all his clients. The restaurant menu pairing is a 3 hours dinner experience with a world class chef. The professionalism of Palacio Solecio put this establishment in a league of their own.
