Great location and ideal for a bigger group.
Lots of space.
Pools were needing grouted and outdoor space was a bit tired with sun beds and umbrella worn and needing replaced.
Ideal for a short break but prices were higher than they should be given some of the facilities.
TV didn’t work.
Pictures looked better than the actual condition of the place.
Pool table shown but was not included in our villa.
Staff friendly and helpful.

"It was incredible bad they tried to make it a place where you have all the control and do everything digitally, but anything would not work the way was intended, I think the location is great but the people and the way they manage the place is just bad"

"Not an expected Sheraton hotel standard at all. The staff are helpful, the place is clean. However, it is very tiny, the lobby is very very small, the help desk area as well, same for the room and the bathroom.
