"Very lean room, and attentive staff. Unfortunately, broken toilet seat was never replaced in 6 days and the WiFi was a faf, as cumbersome process to log on EVERY time one left and re-entered hotel. That apart would recommend as central hotel in Dénia."

"Clean hotel in a good location. Large bedroom and balcony. Good breakfast but evening meal was not the quality expected of a 4 star hotel. You were not permitted to take drinks into the dining room for evening meal, however it was not possible to order a drink in the dining room due to only 2 waiters trying to cope with a very large number of people. More serving staff required. Our table was not always cleared of dirty dishes, again not enough staff."

Having to carry down deck chairs to beach is poor in the year 2026. Having to get a gym card every morning for gym access is not acceptable, surely room key card should be suffice."
