Communication prior to arrival was poor. Notified them of our daughter joining us for 3 days and only got response at third time of asking. Arrived to discover no sheet on sofa bed, only 2 sets of small towels and 1 glass tumbler and 2 wine glasses (1 cracked) for 3 guests. Bought 2 wine glasses from local charity shop.
We were in a, supposedly, premium apt. 1 socket and zero prep area in kitchen, dining chairs which leave an almost indelible black mark on t-shirts, small tv that frequently freezes when watching, filthy and unusable barbecue, outdoor furniture not clean.
Our apt had private garden area which couldn’t be use as there were no sun beds or parasols and a serious issue with mosquitoes.
Communal pool area had 16 sun beds and only 2 parasols to contend with high summer heat - pathetic.
Stayed for 10 days/9 nights and had no contact re change of towels/bedding. Made contact with them on the 6th day and they were clearly not intending to make a change in their premium apt. On 7th day returned to find un-ironed bedding and poor quality towels dumped on the bed for us to make up ourselves.
All in all very poor quality set up and would not recommend.

Amazing!!
Stunning hotel our seaview room was very spacious and spotlessly clean
The breakfast buffet was fantastic there's something for everyone such a great variety of foods
The two outdoor pool areas and bars again spacious and spotlessl with great sunbeds and parasols
But the absolute gem has to be the terrace rooftop bar...wow!!
I can't recommend this hotel highly enough and I cannot wait to return again next year!!
