The room was spotless, spacious, and peaceful—every detail designed for comfort and rest. We slept better than we had anywhere else on our trip, wrapped in a sense of calm and care that only true hospitality creates. The next morning, we enjoyed a breakfast that was simply outstanding: fresh, generous, and beautifully presented. Sitting outside in the tranquil surroundings, we felt as though time slowed down. Afterward, the owner personally showed us the property, including the stables, adding a thoughtful and memorable touch. What truly makes Hacienda La Indiana exceptional is not only its beauty, comfort, or cleanliness—it is the people. The owners and staff embody genuine kindness, attention, and warmth in every interaction. Their generosity of spirit and joy in caring for guests created an atmosphere of respect and heart that went far beyond service. We never once felt like customers; we felt like part of their extended family. We left with deep gratitude, wishing we could have stayed longer if we hadn’t had to leave"

"We loved this place and thought it was so nice! It had a fridge with a pitcher of cold water. It had a microwave. It had a washer. It was roomy and cute! Here are the reasons we gave it a 4 star. : #1 It is a shared apartment. The bedroom has no mirrors which made it hard to share the bathroom and the only trash can is in the bathroom, which was tiny. #2 The smell. If you have a sensitive sniffer, don’t stay here. There was a strong stink of sewage in the bathroom before we went to bed. We thought it was coming from the toilet, so we closed the bathroom door to keep the smell out. Around 2am, we realized the smell was coming directly from the AC unit in the bedroom! We could not sleep. There was no escaping the smell. We want to leave this property a 5 star review because the communication was great, it was clean, we felt safe, the costumer service was fantastic, but the stench was really bad. 😬"

"Had an amazing stay here, really an excellent hotel in a fantastic location. The surrounding city is filled with kind people and great places to eat. The hotel itself is staffed also by very kind people and was overall very comfortable. There is also a good breakfast buffet. Overall highly recommend."

"I booked 3 rooms for 1 night. Sadly one of my tour party i was taking became ill and was not able to travel on the date. Because it was apparent that this would impact on the stay at the hotel i tried for over a month before hand to speak with them, not to cancel the booking, but mearly to change the date and pay any extra. The hotel just "blanked" all my communications and failed to respond to any e mail direct or through Expedia. The end result was they were able to keep the money from yhe original booking. Bad karma, lost any future motorcycle tour bookings from me. "
