"The room was nice overall, but it did have a slight musty odor. One inconvenience was that rooms do not come equipped with an iron, and guests can only borrow one for up to an hour. The biggest drawback was the bedding. The spring mattress was uncomfortable, and the pillows were well below the standard expected for a hotel of this caliber. Both could benefit from a significant upgrade to improve the overall guest experience."

"Hotel was ideally located in the historic part of the city . It was unique with its tunnel access to rooms and internal courtyards added to its charm. It had a calm peaceful air that didn’t reflect its central location. Staff very helpful and charming. The roof top pool was a delightful place to end a busy days sightseeing but its opening hours were limited. Opening until 21.00-22.00h would allow guests to make better use of it.! Also an upgrade to in room coffee machine / Nespresso would complement this lovely hotel. I would recommend this hotel and not hesitate to stay here again. Guests didn’t feel they were staying in a hotel.. it had an almost home from home feel."

"Great located hotel right next to the Spanish Plaza and a 15 minute walk to the centre. Rooms were spacious and modern and very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool area is really good with and outdoor bar, just what you need to cool down and refresh in the afternoon heat and sun. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seville."

"Really good hotel, clean, quiet, spacious and everything you could possibly want for breakfast. The only downside is the distance from the centre, a good 30 mins walk or more depending on where you are going. If, like us, you are staying in Seville during a heatwave it's not fun to walk that far in the heat."
