"First, the owner is really nice. She lives upstairs, but you hardly notice that she is there. On arrival, we were told that this was now “our Casa”, and we really felt like it. We really enjoyed our stay, and it was overall a positive experience. Still, there are some things that you might want to consider. First, if you need three bedrooms you will have to accept that the last bedroom is only separated from upstairs by a curtain. Probably not a big issue for many, but we are allergic to cats...

"With four elderly people, we stayed there for four weeks. We had a great time. The apartment was in excellent condition. There is very good WiFi and a satellite TV available. The beach was within easy walking distance. The bus connection is good and nearby, with the bus stop at La Rosa. Groceries can be delivered by Mercadona Express from Guardamar.Wim"
