Reception staff (Malka) and Porter were very welcoming on arrival and others were very attentive throughout our 2 day stay. A lovely birthday card and decorated chocolate brownie for my partner’s 70th was delivered to our room which we enjoyed very much and a nice surprise. The hotel was exceptionally well maintained, and a special mention for Esperanza and Julia for cleaning our room 401 to a high standard. The hotel’s location and Roof Top bar were great and we will definitely visit Alicante again and stay in this wonderful hotel.

A well presented hotel in a perfect location. Staff were friendly . Rooms were clean and spacious. Subtle touches such as toiletries and water in the room. The Rooftop bar adds a little extra and such a great, relaxing atmosphere. Staff were very attentive. Our second stay at the hotel and would stay again.

The room was spacious, modern and clean and included everything you could possibly need. The location was situated perfectly in town, walkable to the water and plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops. The staff were very friendly as well. We would absolutely stay here again any time we are in Alicante.

The hotel location was great being near the beach, but also near the eatery streets and old town. Service was great on arrival, providing a hot drink and finding a room which was immediately available. This was greatly appreciated as we were tired from the journey. Room was kept clean and tidy and the roof bar great.
