The only real problem was the body soap shampoo etc.…it’s old and stinks bad!!! Couldn’t even use it!!!! All else was good!

Husband and I enjoyed the stay.. easy check in, didn’t have time for breakfast but saw where they sold alcohol which is a plus in my book! Definitely book here again with or with kids

We were pleasantly surprised to find that this place not only matched the pictures but exceeded our expectations! The staff was super friendly upon check in. Parking is a little tight but then again they were fully booked. We're definitely coming back. Only down side was we were supposed to get a complimentary bottle of wine being a VIP guest through Expedia but they were out. None the less, still highly recommend!

The property in general needs a face lift. Room was comfortable & clean. The complimentary breakfast was very skimpy. Nothing like the pictures we saw online. Staff was friendly & professional. We wanted to try something different, but for the price, next time we will stick to what we know (Home 2 Suites).

No TV
The only drawback was the TV connection was awful. After a day out...it would have been nice to be able to come and sit to watch a movie or the world series game without it breaking up.

Asked to see the room on arrival. Take by maintenence man to room. Room smelled musty and dirty like when you walk into a cabin that has been locked up for the season. We requested not to stay and a refund. The lady at front desk at first said sure. We had booked through hotels.com so we called them to confirm. Suddenly her story changed and she was telling them we trashed the room when we checked it out. The only thing we had done was pull back the sheets to see if they were clean. Finally, after 20 minutes of talking with hotels.com , she released the funds back to hotels.com who sent us the refund. This is not a hotel. It is an apartment complex converted to hotel rooms that are not maintained to Red Roof in standards.

Very comfortable and convenient! For my families one day trip, we were able to be comfortable and feel like we were home. Chase Hotel is very affordable, staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and they made transportation very convenient and easy! Also, the travel time for the shuttle to Airport and vice versa is less 10 minutes.

It was perfect. The accommodations were well appointed, the staff was efficient and kind. Unfortunately, my best friend died while I was there and I had to leave early. The woman at the front desk noticed something was wrong and came out from behind the desk to comfort me and hold me while I sobbed. I will never forget her kindness.

I like the shuttle services back and forth to nearby shopping facilities. I didn't like the renovation that was going on because I was not able to enjoy the amenities available. The breakfast was ok but not great.

Memorial Day Weekend Stay
Was very pleased with the stay!! Unsatisfied with the other occupants. Everyone goes to relax and have a nice weekend, I understand the grill area is first come first serve, but a group of military assumed they were entitled to use both grills in the first pool area. In my perspective it should be one grill area per party or a certain amount of time.

Adriana checked me in and out and went above and beyond. She noticed the room I rented through Expedia wasn't even available and she bumped me up to a double king suite at no extra charge. She was very professional and made the experience great.

Love the layout. This is an old Residence Inn By Marriott, so had 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms. Nice space for just myself. Property is a little dated, with older carpet etc. But well maintained.
