Château Cerritos is a truly expansive and beautifully curated 8,000-square-foot oceanfront estate designed for luxury, comfort, and unforgettable group stays. The property is thoughtfully laid out across a main house, an upper apartment in the adjoined building, and a private casita, offering both togetherness and privacy for larger groups.

The main house features three spacious suites, each with its own ensuite bathroom, along with grand shared living spaces filled with antiques, curated artwork, and refined details throughout. The living and dining areas are massive, with soaring ceilings, a custom oversized dining table, and floor-to-ceiling views that look directly out to the gardens, pool, and beach. Nearly every window in the home offers a view of the ocean.

At the heart of the estate is a large custom kitchen, ideal for group cooking or private chef experiences, opening seamlessly into the main entertaining areas. Outside, a heated oceanview pool, expansive terrace, and multiple seating areas create an effortless indoor–outdoor flow just steps from the sand.

The master suite is a private retreat of its own, featuring soaking tub, a walk-in shower for two, and sweeping ocean views. Additional amenities include a dedicated gym room, two fireplaces (indoor and outdoor), and lush landscaped gardens.

The adjoining separate upper apartment offers two additional private suites, each with ensuite bathrooms and outdoor access, making it ideal for couples or guests seeking extra privacy. A charming, detached casita completes the estate, providing another self-contained suite with its own entrance.

You’ll have full access to all six private suites and bathrooms, the grand living and dining areas, the custom chef’s kitchen, gym, terraces, gardens, and the heated oceanview pool. Outdoor amenities such as the pool, fireplaces, patios, and direct beach access are all for your private use.

Certain mechanical, storage, or owner areas may be secured and are not intended for guest use. Otherwise, the estate is entirely yours to enjoy — offering complete privacy, space, and comfort in a truly spectacular oceanfront setting.

Guests will enjoy complete privacy throughout their stay, as the entire estate is exclusively yours. At the same time, support is always available if needed.

The property is professionally managed by a local property manager, with someone on call at all times to assist with any questions, maintenance needs, or urgent matters during your stay.

In addition, full-service concierge support is available for guests who would like a more curated experience. Services can include grocery shopping and delivery, transportation arrangements, excursions, private chefs, in-villa services, and personalized recommendations to help you make the most of your time in Cerritos.

Oceanfront setting: The estate is located directly on the beach. You may hear ocean waves, wind, and natural coastal sounds, which many guests find soothing and part of the experience.

Multi-structure estate: The property includes a main house, an upper apartment, and a separate casita. All spaces are part of one private estate and are included exclusively with your booking.

Natural materials & artisan finishes: The home features handcrafted details, antiques, custom tile, stone, and natural materials. We kindly ask guests to treat furnishings and finishes with care.

Outdoor living: Much of the home is designed for indoor–outdoor living. Weather, salt air, and coastal conditions are part of the environment and contribute to the character of the space.

Pool & fireplaces: Pool heating and fireplace use may be seasonal or subject to specific guidelines. Detailed instructions will be provided prior to arrival.

Events & gatherings: The estate is ideal for special occasions. Please inquire in advance if you’re planning an event, celebration, or gathering beyond standard overnight guests so we can assist with coordination and approvals.

Concierge services: Optional concierge services are available to help curate your stay, from groceries and transportation to excursions and private experiences.
Children & supervision: Guests are responsible for the safety and supervision of all minor children at all times. Extra care should be taken around the pool, playhouse, balconies, stairs, and outdoor areas.

Pool & balcony safety: Please use caution around the pool, terraces, and elevated areas. No lifeguard is on duty.

Coastal environment: As the home is oceanfront, floors and outdoor surfaces may become slippery due to humidity or salt air. Please move carefully.

Respect the home: We kindly ask guests to treat the estate as they would their own — with care and consideration for the furnishings, finishes, and surroundings.

Smoking: Smoking is permitted outdoors only. No smoking inside the home.


Parties & events:
Small gatherings are allowed only with prior approval.

Events, weddings, or larger celebrations must be discussed and approved in advance and are not included in standard overnight rentals.

Personal Belongings & Lost Items: Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during their stay. Please double-check the home prior to departure to ensure all items are collected. While we’re happy to notify guests if items are found, lost or forgotten items are left at the guest’s own risk. Due to logistical challenges with international shipping, we are unable to mail or ship items outside the country. Guests are welcome to arrange in-person pickup of any recovered items, but shipping is not guaranteed and is not the responsibility of the host or property management.

Occupancy: Only registered guests may stay overnight unless otherwise approved in advance.
