Amazing Ocean Views overlooking two beaches. Los Cerritos to the south and San Pedrito to the North. Sweeping views of orchards and farm fields going to the ocean. Perfect for Couples or small families. Close to the beach, market, restaurants, and beach clubs, but in a quiet private neighborhood. This 1 bedroom 2 bath home is perfect for couples looking for ultimate privacy, small families and groups of up to 3 travelers. 5 mins drive from the beach, 25 min. walk. The only house on the lot, a rooftop deck.

Quiet but close to the beach

Perfectly laid out for 2 moms and 2 kids - My son and Shared the top room and my bestie and her daughter shared the bottom. Only a 5 minute drive to the beach it was perfect! Highly recommend!

Not as Advertised

Advertised a community pool. After check-in I requested directions to the "Community Pool" I received a reply that I could go to a place called "Surf Town" order something at the bar and pay them 40 to use their pool for the day. Directions to the property were terrible. The taxi driver spent over an hour using Google Maps to try & find the place. There's lots of construction going on and maps are not updated. I drew a map for drivers and sent it to them when requesting rides. Once I finally arrived at the property the lockbox code I was given was incorrect and the owner did respond within a few minutes with the correct code. I booked the house for 19 days and inquired about drinking water before arrival and was told about the 5-gallon dispenser. When I arrived there was 1 5-gallon replacement bottle and about 1.5 gallons on the dispenser - not enough for 19 days of drinking water in Mexico. Somehow there wasn't a coffee grinder as advertised. When I inquired about the grinder I was told to look harder. After looking harder I confirmed that there wasn't a coffee grinder. A few days later a manual grinder,at the end of its useful life was left on the porch. The owner messaged me and said that a new grinder would be delivered in the next few days. It finally arrived a few days before my departure along with 5 gallons of drinking water. I had already paid a taxi driver to help me purchase and carry the water into the house a few days earlier. There's more but I'm out of space.
