"We had a fantastic stay at Masanet Emblematic Hotel Las Palmas! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. To top it off, the food was absolutely delicious and the overall service was excellent. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!"

Hotel is very clean, the pool area was cleaned/mopped every morning. No sun-bed wars at all. 20 minute from the centre/ Mogán mall, we walked up and down every night. All staff very lovely and welcoming. Happy hour between 12-1300 with good selection of drinks. Only thing I would is that we were told breakfast is from 8am but it was 9/9:30am- could be abit more of an option £8 for either ‘American breakfast’ which wasn’t a big portion at all or continental to choose between pastry’s/fruit etc also £8 with Hot drink and juice. Lunch menu was very reasonable and great selection.

This is a nice property in a quiet location which suits us perfectly well. There is a good path to walk to the beach. The staff were very helpful. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back sometime again.
