Thanks to its smart design and thick exterior walls, the house stays pleasantly cool even during the hottest months, so air conditioning is rarely needed, though it is available in the main bedroom and living room. The outdoor area, thoughtfully designed, offers a well-kept garden with various seating options, a barbecue, pool, and covered, furnished terraces—an oasis of peace promising a relaxing outdoor holiday. Shops, restaurants, and bars are less than 5 minutes away by car, as is Playa Santa Catalina, a 15 km sandy beach.
