  • Beachfront apartment, fully equipped. It has all kinds of appliances, as well as air conditioning and heating in all rooms. The furniture is in perfect condition. The building has several common terraces overlooking the sea. Next to the property there are several free parking areas, and the access drop to the beach is in front of the building. Right next to the building there is an urban bus stop, as well as restaurants and beach bars, hence the situation is ideal
